The activities of the training program titled "Towards Distinguished Administrative and Educational Leadership" commenced this morning at the Faculty of Engineering in the city of Jadu. The program is organized by the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Education, under the sponsorship of the Fesato Development Foundation, and will take place from August 19 to 21.
The program aims to enhance leadership and management skills for a number of educational and administrative categories in the education monitoring offices in Al-Ruhaybat, Jadu, and Al-Rujban, and includes:
1/ Directors of offices and departments in educational monitoring (human resources, basic education, secondary education, kindergartens, special categories, social services, school health, and psychological counseling).
2/ Social service and school health staff, psychological counselors, and special categories in educational institutions.
3/ Kindergarten Directors and Educators.
4/ Educational institution managers (school principal or his deputy).
This program comes as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Education aimed at enhancing human capabilities and achieving sustainable development in the education sector, which contributes to improving performance and elevating the outcomes of the educational process.
